Most poorly run Tim Horton’s that I have ever witnessed. My wife and I came in for a quick bite. I ordered soup from the soups available stickers on the board, Cream of broccoli, however this wasn’t available. Asking why it’s listed as available, the cashier said he had no idea. We settled chili and Mac and cheese. I ordered a Pepsi to drink but was advised that no soda was available because their CO2 machine was broken. My wife ordered a sandwich and this caused some uproar. The woman responsible for sandwich making was«in the back» and wasn’t aware of the sandwich order. When she arrived back up front she publicly berated one of the cashiers using expletives in front of 6 – 7 customers which we could all hear. It was one of the most unprofessional moments I have ever witnessed at any food service venue. The food met expectations but I would never return to this Tim Horton’s location again due to the uncomfortable and unprofessional manner that the staff interacts with each other. My visit was on Saturday 11÷14÷15 at approximately 3:40pm.

We didn’t go inside, only the drive thru. It’s a pretty standard Tim’s, in a rural-ish setting, with local teens manning the ordering. It was a little bit slow service wise, considering there were maybe 2 cars in front of us, but our coffees were up to the standard. If you’re in the area and need a quick coffee, this place won’t steer you wrong.

Its Tim Horton’s. Standard serving sizes guarantee the same cup of coffee at every location. Beware, depending on the time of day you go, customer service can be almost nonexistent.
