WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! 18 minutes and still waiting to place my order! They have 8 people behind the counter and 1 person working the front line. My sister and her family ordered. They were ready to walk out the door with their food and I had not even ordered. It took over 20 mins to order and get their food. 1 customer before us had already ordered a salad, 2 drinks and a wrap. The second customer had a shake and cone. That was the only customers before us. I never even ordered because we were on a time schedule and ended up having to go.
Updating over a month later… Corporate said they would call me back and I heard from NO ONE!!!
