This place was the worst. Honestly, I have never been so disappointed with a company in my life. We rented a ford escape from this company, and they rented us a car that had no bumper (but they never told us this) we panicked for 2 days, thinking we had gotten hit. We called the company, and the customer service rep hung up on us. We decided to go back into the airport and try to talk to a manager. We wanted to pay for the damage if it was our fault, but we wanted to make sure it was our fault. As soon as we walked in the rep was rude. She continued to be rude, and even the manager was rude. We will NEVER, I repeat NEVER rent from this pathetic company again.
