I will start by saying that I did my homework looking for a contractor that was going to take care of the flat roof and regular roof correctly. After meeting with Eric Walker (owner) he show me the quality of work they do and best of all his attitude makes it really easy to talk to. The work was completed on time and very good clean up afterwards. His team is very friendly and hard working people. Even Eric was part of the team working at the home blowing insulation in the entire attic… he is involved in every step of the business.
I know my roof is guarantee for a long time against leaks and that’s a great feeling to know he will take care of any issues if that ever happens (doubt it will).The insulation will help with the electric and gas bill for sure. The roof looks beautiful and the facia and seamless gutters only make it that much better. I will be painting the home and cannot wait to load up the pictures. It was a complete tear off and was all done in two days.
Once again I only want the best for my home and I know I made the best choice by going with Expert Roofing and Waterproofing! after comparing them with three other companies. If you want great results, service and the best materials use for your home… you know who to call!

I had a leak appear in our roof just days after listing our house for sale. Or real estate agent recommended Randy as her go to guy. I called him Monday afternoon and he was able to squeeze us in early Tuesday morning. 2 hours later the roof was fixed and he was on his way.
Randy was very professional and did what I like most in contractors, he came in and got the work done fast and right. Too bad we can’t use him to do the roof on our new house since we are moving out of state.
