Friendly and attentive. But only gave me discount on used bike after I told him I’d buy a new one. They delivered the bikes which was a plus, however, my brand new bike had the fender on slightly crooked and hitting the tire, the carrier was loose, and the brakes rubbed and needed adjustments. I was very surprised that not more pride was taken to ensure this new customer (me) would be impressed and want to come back. I think I’d still go back because I love my trek, but if there’s another trek dealer around I’ll try them first.
