Ive been to this salon twice, first time I wasnt satisfied with my service. I went ahead and went back thinking I would give it another try to see if I was just having an off day, but i also like to give places another try… Hey! everyone deserves second chances. Well this place does not deserve a third chance. This place is just beyond unprofessional! I could tell something was funky when I hear the hair dressers publicly bullying each other in front of customers. I was appalled! Just treating one another with no respect. The owner talks up a storm with every single customer and hardly pays attention to her own customer in the chair in front of her. Jenifer was my hair dresser, she did a decent job with my hair but I was not impressed. It seemed to me that she hurried through it, plus also when she colored my hair, it ended up matching almost similar to the color I had before when I came in. But I do have to say she did decent job with my hair cut. The most annoying thing of all is I really dont want to hear about the drama in her life, she just seemed so unprofessional. I came to the salon to relax and get my hair fixed. not to hear about her high strung drama filled family and life problems. Over all this place is just unprofessional! I would compare it to a great clips, a super cuts or maybe a walmart hair salon. You never go to those places unless you are in a complete hurry. There would be a very thin chance that I would go back to this place, even if I was in a hurry.

This is not a fancy salon. You do not get offered coffee or lemonade while you wait. The magazines are all 6 months old. There is a Coke machine in the corner by the kid’s play area.
But the haircuts are $ 15 for a woman’s shampoo, cut, blowdry and style. Color? A mere $ 49.
My mom comes here, and I got my hair cut here back in the day, so, being in town this weekend and in need of a haircut, I thought – why not? What’s the worst that could happen? I have to go to my usual girl to have her fix it in a few weeks?
And Lisa, the owner, did a great job. This will last me my full six weeks. She was careful and thorough, meanwhile chatting up a storm with the three other ladies working and telling me about her daughter’s semi-​formal that night.
So, thanks for being in Goshen for 21 years. Thanks for doing a great job. And thanks for doing it at the low, low price of $ 15 plus tip. (And thanks, mom:))
