Hollywood Nails

HORRIBLE customer service! I was waiting to get a manicure so I decided to get a polish change on my toes. While I was waiting for the guy doing my toes, I saw that my big toe nail was broken so I grabbed the nail file and quickly filed it down… when he came back he yelled at me say don’t do that again. I apologized and then asked if he was joking he yelled and said «NO». I apologized again and said that I meant no offense… he continued to be upset and lectured me on how I should never do that… after apologizing twice I had had enough and said that’s fine, you don’t have to do my nails. He proceeded to yell at me and told me to get out of the salon! I was so upset and embarrassed! I will NEVER go back there again!!!

This place used to be great! They gave the best manis and pedis for a great price. The shellac manicure would be perfect and last for weeks. But over the last 6 months it has gone downhill fast! The last two shellac manicures didn’t even last a week. I went in and had it redone for free, and it still didn’t last their «guaranteed» 10 days. The last 4 times I have been there, someone either has called or come in to complain about the quality. My manicure today was sub par and noticed they raised the price from $ 12 to $ 15. Cuticles not that great, bubbles in the paint and I watched her thin out the polish. How many times do they thin it out? Do they even keep track? They obviously do something to the shellac because it does not last the way it used to. I used to come here at least twice a month. I will not come here again. I am usually not this harsh but I definitely feel ripped off. I will find a new place.

Great little place for a mani/​pedi. Friendly staff, good customer service. I’m just sad that they don’t have hot stones!

Home for the holidays and came in right before closing for a polish change. They were very nice and I appreciated the nice job.

Not the best salon, they whipped through my Mani when it started to get busy. I did pay 35 for a Mani pedi, so the price is reasonable but ive had better experiences.
