Had a great time. Great service. Waitress was amazing. We were able to watch the game and we weren’t rushed out even though they were completely full and had people waiting to be seated. Thoroughly enjoyed our time and the food was wonderful.

11.19.15 Denied service at 11:25 because they had done last call before I got there. This was on a Thursday night (boneless day) and they close at midnight. They didn’t prompt me on asking if I wanted anything, they just said «sorry we just did last call, you are too late.»

Very good wings and very good service. The prices seem high to me though for what you get. The waitress was helpful with understanding the menu and voicing her opinion on which sauces she liked the most. Wait time after ordering our food was short.

Great food, great atmosphere HORRIBLE SERVICE. Our server «Hanna» seemed lost and untrained. She got our drinks and order but that’s the last we saw of her (2 other young ladies brought out our food). We saw her again when she asked us to cash out because she had been there all day and wanted to leave… are you kidding me?! Don’t get me wrong, I know all about long work days… but as a consumer how is that my fault? It was 930 maybe… way before the dining room closes. I wouldn’t be so extremely upset about this if it wasn’t because this is the 2nd time in a row this girl does this to us! Not to mention her lack of experience… she spilled our ranch (while kicking us out) and later dropped a card in the sauce… like I said before, she seemed completely lost and unaware of her surroundings. But I guess it’s not entirely her fault. This place has a great product but they need to invest in training and probably hire more staff so their servers don’t work long hours… not coming back sorry :/

Buffalo wild wings has always been one of my favorite restaurants and it isn’t uncommon for my friends and I to stop in and have a drink, but last night I was very unimpressed with the customer service overheard a waitress saying «I’m not waiting on him» this waitress is bringing personal business and feelings to the job and is very unprofessional how does this place get away with it no wonder there are so many complaints

Food poisoning was the end result after eating here the last time. I can hardly drive by this place anymore. And not normal upset stomach… Had to go to the hospital it was so bad. CLEAN YOUR HANDS AND CHICKEN… Disgusting.

Get there early on game days or you could be waiting a while.
If the parking lot is 80% full there will be a wait and those can be long.
Lots of variety for sauces on your wings. Blazin sauce will make your eyes tear.

Went there a month ago and ended up waiting 10 minutes without anyone serving us and it wasn’t even busy. Waitresses walked by us four or five times, finally walked out.
Went there yesterday and asked what craft beers were on tap, waitress had no idea, gave me the four typical domestic lite beers, asked if she could check. She finally came back 5 min later. Didn’t get my daughters root beer until food was served and she walked by at least 6 times and never checked with us for anything. Talked to shift manager about the terrible service and she said they are working on it. Also they never have more than 2 decent craft beers an they never get different ones. Probably the worst, no definitely, the worst bw3 I have ever been to, and I have been to at least 10 different bws.

The wings are great and I’ve never seen such a wide variety of sauces. Yum.

While visiting Goshen, I was afraid I’d miss the World Cup semifinals. Luckily, Buffalo Wild Wings was there to help. They even had multiple screens for the game and actual Germans in the audience.
