Do not go here. I had sushi and it is already bothering my guts. I was with a group of 10 and they were very unorganized and unprofessional. Didn’t refill drinks. When we all have our cards to pay, she took them and then brought them back in groups of 3 and slammed them on the table and told us to figure it out! Then she gave me somebody else’s cards!!! And gave one of my groups card to another customer! Terrible!

We go ours to go and when we got home I went to eat my crunch roll which was crab, cucumber, crunch flakes and mayo. I had rice and shrimp… no flavor and NOT what I ordered. Called to complain and they wanted us to bring it back to them for our money back… that means driving 20 mins. They were not willing to help or make the situation right in anyway! Completely appalled by the rude man on the phone.

A good place for quick, cheap hibachi. I am not happy that you don’t get a soup or salad but the actual food is good. I get the chicken hibachi with white rice. It also comes with carrots and mushrooms. The interior is very dark and cheaply decorated. I’ve tried to call in so I could pick up my food but the phone just keeps ringing and ringing. When I asked one time, they said they have the worst phone in the world. The food is fresh and great though!

Any reason is a good reason to go to Sanno. =) I usually order the hibachi steak and it is delicious! Terriyaki Chicken is excellent as well. Friendly staff from the cashiers up front to servers and cooks and sushi chef. Great all around.

Last night the management and staff purposely fed my daughter food containing cream cheese, after they were instructed of her severe food allergy to milk products. Of course she ended up in the emergency room, since this is a life threatening allergy and requires immediate medical attention. Apparently, they did this on purpose and then laughed about it! How can anyone in the restaurant business intentionally try to harm a customer? We plan to do anything in our power to make them pay for this so no one else may face a similar threat. Spread the word… this place not only serves lousy food but they are DANGEROUS!

This place need to renovate old, dark and smell. Habachi was ok but they charged for the condiment(white sauce) no salad or soup come with it. If I have to spend $ 40 on foods, extra condiment should be free. I rather go to Sushi101 instead. Sushi was bland no taste at all. I don’t know if I want to go back again.

Food was good. Communication was a problem. We asked for some sushi and ordered way too much. Prices are very reasonable. Be sure you point to the menu item and verify what you want. Lesson learned. Very nice and polite staff.

The staff is very friendly! We love going here! My Mom hates Broccoli and they let her have mushrooms instead which is fantastic! We eat here at least 2 a month! Food is always good hot and filling! Love Sannos in Goose Creek!

Best sushi in and around goose creek. The hibachi is average but the price brings it to 5 stars for me. Can’t go wrong with the hibachi steak! Charleston super roll is freakin massive! I’ve never been disappointed going here and will continue to.

Cheap, good, filling food. The sushi rolls are huge. Food(no matter if it’s hibachi or sushi) comes out very fast, service is great. Both hibachi items and sushi items are consistently good. The only thing I don’t care for are the sweet, sweet carrots. Ick.

This place reminds me of the bar in bloodsport, lol! I get the reference from the low lighting, so you don’t have to worry about any fighting going on. The waitresses and cooks are very friendly, and the food is pretty good. The carrots are awesome, and if you have never had their carrots then I recommend trying them.

I’ve always gotten the same thing: steak and chicken. Pretty good. The steak is a a leaner cut, definitely not ribeye or tenderloin. Flavor is great though. Service is always spot-on and fast. I did try the sushi once as an appetizer. It was tasty. Food is always consistent here and they never screw your order up. Great casual local spot in goose creek.

Great place to go if you are in a rush and want Hibachi to go. I got their steak combo and was very pleased. Huge portions for the price you pay, I couldnt even finish the whole thing. Cant attest to them nickel and diming for every little thing as I ordered straight off of the menu and didnt ask for any extras.

Still deserves four stars. Great little spot to grab lunch if in the Goose Creek area. We met with a friend I use to work with when we lived in S.C. The hibachi steak is still as good as I remember and we also ordered spring rolls and a california roll. The spring rolls come out piping hot and they have a good crisp to them. The california rolls were excellent. They were nice, plump cuts and the ingredients very fresh. It came along with fresh ginger and wasabi on the side. Another plus is that an order is supposed to come with 6 pieces but for some reason I got 8. Woohoo… and they didn’t go to waste. We will be back again when visiting in the area next time.
