This is the worst furniture store I have ever been to! I wish I could give them no stars, but I guess the lowest is 1 star. This place is a joke! When you have an issue and ask them about it they are rude to you and don’t seem to want to help you. I will be going somewhere else when I need to buy furniture! Never again will I waste my money on this crappy store!!!

My wife and I recently moved to Goose Creek and stumbled upon this furniture store. We walked in and we were immediately greeted by friendly staff, as you would expect at any furniture store. We were greeted by Armand. He was extremely polite and definitely knew his furniture companies. We picked out a king bed set with some other pieces and a mattress($ 3K+ total). Once we checked out, we were explained that they had everything on hand besides the actual bed frame. We were assured they would find out the next shipping date from the factory. We were expecting a call back that night or maybe the next day just to have a general idea when we should expect our bed frame. Well 3 weeks later, 3 phone calls to them asking, we finally get an answer as to when we should expect the bed frame. Each time I called the process on how to track the frame was explained to me like it was a chore for them, which frustrated me, like I was causing them an inconvenience. I guess after spending $ 3K+ at this business I was expecting to be treated better and not feel forgotten. We do love the furniture we got and the delivery men were pleasant to briefly deal with as well.

I visited this store for the first time about a week ago and enjoyed the selection and quality of the furniture. Our salesperson, Bob, was very friendly and helpful. They are a mid level store, not super high end or low end. They have traditional pieces as well as more contemporary pieces. I haven’t purchased anything through them yet. I recommend checking it out, Bob made the experience memorable and gave us great options. I will definitely shop there in the future.

If there were an option, I wouldn’t leave any stars. Infinger’s delivered a broken headboard with a shoddy repair job. It’s been almost two weeks and they’re still giving us the runaround. They promised that they would replace the headboard. However, they don’t seem to care about our broken headboard or their reputation now that they have all of our cash. UPDATE: Infinger’s has informed us that they will NOT be replacing our headboard, because the manufacturer will not allow THEM to return the headboard. They sent over two repairmen with crayons, markers, and a lighter to fill in the cracks of the headboard. Furthermore, they have informed us that we will be stuck with a 25% restocking fee should we return the furniture. I am disgusted by their lack of customer service and complete disregard of our hard earned dollars.
