I have not had issues with their online appointment. I am in and out within 15 mins. But it is tricky depending on the person you get. Most of the time they are good without bruising your arm.

Their appointment policies need some serious scrutiny.
The last three appointments have really disturbed me. My wife and I use the online appointment scheduling process to make them more efficient for them and us. We arrive at least 15 minutes before the appointment and sign in. Two previous times, ‘walk ins’ that arrived after us were taken before us. Today, my wife arrived at 1:30 for a 1:45 appointment. A person that had a 1:30 appointment that arrived at 1:50 was taken before her. Either of these were not proper customer treatment.
When this was brought to the attention of the desk, they seemed to be totally nonchalant and didn’t even apologize.
Our time is important, too. This reflects a terrible customer attitude
