I went into the salon with me and my sister, the first time I went alone and had Rudy. He did exactly what I wanted him to do and he was really professional. This time I requested Rudy again and he did yet another amazing job. I’m so happy with his work. He really listens and understands hair.
I asked him a bunch of questions regarding hair and he answered to all of them which was extremely helpful for future use. Thank you so much New Creations!

I always commented on my friends hair color and style– she told me to see Catrina, the owner of this salon. So I called and made an appointment and I’m so glad I did. I explained what I wanted and didn’t want– Catrina took the time to listen. I hadn’t been to a professional stylist in about 1 year. So I had a lot of gray hair in the front and A little on top. My new hair color and highlights are great. She cut my hair but i still wanted it a bit shorter, and she took off a little more and never complained. The customer service was outstanding, the salon was clean and welcoming & the other stylist Rudy was everything the reviews say about him and more. Rudy is such a great listener, he’s so intelligent and informative, but most of all, he loves what he does and it shows!
Catrina was awesome and she is a true professional. I found my go-​to salon. The prices are reasonable and well worth the the service you get.

My mother came to visit and wanted to get a cut and color while here. Not sure where to send her, I jumped on Unilocal.This Salon was close and had positive reviews.
She had an appointment with Rudy, AND LOVED IT! She felt completely at ease and thrilled with the results. Definitely coming back.

Catrina took the wheel with my hair and it came out AWESOME I have to say I feel beautiful again and the price for color and cut are VERY REASONABLE I will definitely be back Thank you!

After having my hair destroyed at another Salon a friend recommended I try New Creations specifically Rudy to have my hair fixed. It had been cut crooked and the roots were three shades different than the rest of my hair, not to mention in Phoenix it was not beanie season yet so I needed it fixed fast! Upon entering I was immediately greeted by Catarina? Something like that but she was so friendly and introduced herself as the Owner and offered me coffee or water. Now about Rudy, he was the most comforting and reassuring stylist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, I was almost in tears as he looked at the hack job that was on my head but he assured me it was an easy fix and I would be out on the town in no time.
After the corrective cut it was time for him to tackle the mess of color that was on my head, he assured me we could achieve the original goal but the previous stylist just hadn’t approached it right, he never bad mouthed the previous stylist but just said they must have had an off day.
He rinsed the color and gave me a blowout like I’ve never had before, I felt like I had the Royal Queen herself Beyoncé’s stylist fixing my hair. Now the only issue I have is that I want to keep going back for Blowouts every time I have an event or a tinder date planned ;) Thank you Rudy for fixing my hair & adding sunshine to my life I will forever be in debt to you and the miracle you’ve created on my head.
