Went in to buy pillows and came out with my dream bed. Dylan showed me the different styles and was very patient and explained my options. They even provided SAME day delivery. Very happy with my purchase! Great job Mattress Firm :)

We had a foam mattress in the beginning and in 6 months it was misshaped. My husband and I contacted the local shop and explained to them what happened. Mario was working with us and he was very friendly. He offered us water and was very comforting. We were offered to chose another mattress, and we ended up having to pay more money, which included the credit from the old mattress. The delivery occurred the same day!
Excellent customer service. Thank you very much for your outstanding work! We will be back next time when and if we need a new mattress.

My husband and I have been procrastinating over getting a decent mattress and finally went in to the Mattress Firm in Goodyear where Mario Mora took great care of us. He was real knowledgeable and had so much patience with giving us the time we needed to figure out which mattress was the right one for us! I highly recommend this place for the friendly atmosphere, caring staff, and great prices!

The mattress we chose was great! The price was reasonable. The only reason I’m giving only 3 stars is because our sales associate Eric Nelson who is also a manager there never informed us our bed would come without a mattress frame. I gave this as a gift to my family and was so disappointed to come to their house and see there brand new king size bed on the floor. If Mr. Nelson would have told me that it was not included I would have made sure to buy one so their new bed would not be on the floor. I feel that for the amount w paid in cash he could have at least let me know it would not be included. So if anyone buys a mattress there please make sure you tell them you want a bed frame.

Thank you so much Mario Mora. He went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy with our purchase. We purchased an initial bed, but it was not for us. So, upon finding out we were not completely satisfied, he found another bed and had it delivered that night. We are completely happy! This was a wonderful experience and we recommend this store, especially Mario without hesitation.
