THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!
On Friday, April 10, 2015, I received a call from our Verizon store saying our pre-​ordered Samsung Galaxy S6 phones had arrived and we could come in to get all four of them set up. GREAT! Only downside was we had to wait for my husband to get off work at 7pm and the store closed at 8pm.
Here’s where it gets awesome. My entire family walked into the Verizon store at 7:15pm and our rep, Marco, greeted us with a big grin on his face. You just have to love a rep who’s still smiling after such a gruelingly long day and he’s STILL in a positive mood!
Being that we had four phones to set up — in a nutshell — it took quite a long time and Marco stayed well past closing time to help us set up and pay for all of our phones. One hour past closing time to be exact. Now THAT’S customer service.
Thank you Verizon for hiring this young man! I’m pretty sure we are now Verizon customers for life if all the stores can provide the high level of customer service Marco showed to us.

Great Customer Service
I received such amazing service at Verizon, that I just had to «yelp» about it. The Verizon store was packed and I was concerned that it was going to be a very long wait; especially since I heard the sales associate advising customers that there was going to be a 30 minute wait. Right when I walked in, I was greeted, the associate asked what I needed.
I advised that I needed a new charger for my Note 3. The Verizon repersentative said give me one minute and took care of the problem in a few short minutes. I was in and out of the store in less then 5 minutes. Couldn’t have had a better experience! Thanks Verizon.

I have been to many verizon stores in my lifetime this is by far the most helpful staff out of any of them!!! They went above and beyond to help me lower my plan even though I wasn’t ready to buy I will definitely be returning! I love the store and staff and will continue going back for help!
