Second great experience at this salon. I went in for two kids haircuts. Bridget took her time and made sure that we were very satisfied with the haircuts. It is a clean place with a friendly atmosphere.

I came in for a trim. My hair was halfway down my back. I told them I wanted it layered and to keep the v in the back. Needless to say things did not go good. My hair was chopped where you could see a huge difference between the upper layer and the rest. My hair was cut to just below my shoulders and straight across. My hair was very thin in the front. I contacted the salon and had to go back in just to even the layers. There was no way to fix the v in the back because I would have very short hair in the front. I contacted the owner and was asked if I had my hair cut somewhere else. Really!!! There was no apology or any discount on future services. I will not go back to this salon again.

Super unprofessional! My husband purchased a gift card for services ($ 100) so I booked an appt for 1 pm today. I am normally very punctual but I was 5 minutes late because I couldn’t find it. So I was told they wouldn’t do my hair because there wasn’t time. Really!!! Who can’t do a highlight & cut on super short hair in even an hour and a half, let alone almost 2 hours? I got the money back and will never darken their hard-​to-​find door again.

Liz at Billies and Betties did it again! I first went from a red, then to a medium brown, and now blonde ombré, which I’m loving! They are always looking out for the health of your hair, so when I decided to go Blonde Ombré, she made sure we gradually got there. I’m super happy with my results, and I feel like a new person with this hair color. Thanks Billies and Betties! See you in a few weeks for touch ups! :-)

I needed a salon that was open on a Sunday and found this one… I’m so glad I did. The two ladies that were working were absolutely awesome. Jenna, (I think that’s her name) was very sweet and listened to what I wanted done. I was very confused on what to do as far as color went and she totally helped me get rid of the horrible color I came in with. The cut is amazing, totally love it. I flip flop from hair salon to hair salon but not anymore! I will totally be returning. Thanks ladies!!!

This is the best salon that I’ve found. It’s clean, affordable, and everyone there was incredibly friendly. I was surprised to call on a Sunday and be worked in for a cut and color. I was even more impressed with Jenna’s skill! I won’t go anywhere else.

Sarah did my hair perfect! I love it! I couldn’t explain what i wanted and she took the time to show me pictures to find exactly what i wanted. took me right in even with no appointment. Great prices friendly clean! Will be back highly recommend

This salon has the nicest workers! I gave it a 3 because my hair was not done to my liking and I will have to get it fixed however they are not bad and are very gentle with your hair! I would say if you have a simple request then they should be able to knock it out of the ballpark. Ask for Sarah if you have a chance!

I moved to Arizona four years ago and was looking for a hair salon ever since. That was until I found Billie and Bettys. I have gone to them three times now for cuts and color. I have received more compliments on my hair since I have going there. Liz, Erica, and Griselda are talented ladies with the scissors and the dye. I have been pleased with their work on my husband’s and son’s hair as well. I walk out of their salon happy with how I look without feeling like my bank account has been scalped. I love Billie and Betty’s!
