Personal Touch Dry Carpet Care

Dry carpet cleaning was a new concept to me and I was a little hesitant, but I was tired of having my carpets cleaned and being left soggy for several hours. Also, I was having upstairs rooms cleaned and was a little worried about water seeping through the floor (probably a non-​issue, but it was a thought). When Joe came to give me the estimate he took his time and explained the process quite well to me. He also offers the service for free if you’re not satisfied. Joe spent a good 3 hours working on 3 bedrooms and a bonus room — about 1000 square feet, and the stairs. His price was very fair and he worked the entire time. There are some stains that are permanent and nothing will get them up, but even these stains are lighter and less noticeable. The carpet I have is builder grade, so nothing fancy, but it now looks fluffed up, it’s very clean, and smells much better. I could walk on it immediately and it was dry. The cleaning compound is organic, so it’s good for the carpet, and also for pets and people. Joe was very accomodating and worked around my schedule by cleaning at night. He was very professional and knows his business well. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that I just had it done last night and I don’t know how it will last.
