This hotel is way overpriced! The walls are paper thin. We were awakened at 4:00am by the neighbor’s TV. My husband walked to the front desk to complain. Nothing was done. He went back at 4:30am and waited at the front desk for the lady to do something. I heard the phone ring in the room next door and the TV immediately was turned off. Poor service for a room that cost $ 188. There must have been something going on in Nashville for this outrageous price. When we checked out, we were asked about our stay. When my husband reminded the lady at the front desk about his 2 middle of the night visits, she just smiled. No more La Quinta for us.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds at this hotel WELL in advance. Got a confirmation. When we arrived, all they had left was a room with 1 king bed. Nothing they could do. They kept saying it was an upgrade. Well, it’s only an upgrade if that’s what you want. Spent the night on the sleeper sofa after driving all day so I wouldn’t have to sleep with my brother-in-law. I called customer service to explain what happened and they said someone would be calling me back. It’s been almost 2 weeks. Stayed September 2015

We are frequents of Laquinta establishments and this is new renovated! Very nice and modern atmosphere when enter the lobby. We have a two room suite with a large walkthrough bathroom. Two vanity, one in the bathroom itself and one outside which was perfect for my husband and I to be getting ready. The bed was great, I usually wake up with pains and soreness… NONE! it was quiet all night even on the side we were facing the highway. Great place with plenty of placed near by to dine. If you aren’t familiar with the general area, this is the most decent and safe part of goodlettsville with a hotel and outside of Nashville if you’re passing through.

Not more than aaverage. Probably 2 ½ stars due to poor breakfast and coffee. Pets accepted not sure if they are restricted to certain rooms, you might ask if this is a problem for you.

We stayed here overnight from our trip from Houston. The staff greeted us warmly and generously. What a terrific way to say hello after a sixteen hour drive. We took advantage of the Mexican eating establishment next door. There is a terrific inexpensive eating here. Though it was a late hour, we got dinner quickly and quietly. Our room was clean, updated in style and comfortable. The bed & mattress quite comfortable as well. No bad backs! This morning’s breakfast was in an updated light & airy modern breakfast lounge. When I say lounge, I mean lounge because it had that fun behavior of style. Breakfast presented was continental as in most LaQuinta’a. But quality matters and tho one had it mixed with welcomed East Tennessee charm. So refreshing. The breakfast crowd was a mixed of pj clad and business casual traveling IT techs. Appreciated our stay here in this beautiful part of the country. Now on to another long road day, twelve hours expected. But let me say Unilocalers how truly grateful for each of you to reflect and then take the time to post your journeys on Unilocal. Using both tools, AAA trip travel guidance and Unilocal has made not only a more safe, but more informed trip. Enjoy your journey today out there Unilocalers!

We stayed here overnight while driving from Orlando home to Chicago. This hotel is currently under construction which means getting around is a crazy maze. We were on the third floor and I took a stairwell down that led me to a boarded up hallway. The front is boarded up and you enter on the side. It’s a mess and confusing. Our room was… ok. Clean enough and the beds were comfortable enough. Our bathroom smelled like pee even though it looks like it’s been recently updated. Gross. Front desk people were nice enough. Not sure it was worth the $ 85 we paid but it got the job done.
