I’m not sure what my food was cooked with or beside but it was horrible, avoid the place like the plague

I considered giving hooters a shot. This place did nothing to change my opinion of the place. I will not be back just to watch young impressionable women prance around in panty hose thin attire just to receive bad service & be told I can’t have a to go box on all u can eat wing night.

My boyfriend and I eat at hooters of Rivergate maybe twice a month and the last 2 times our server Finesse has been awesome. She is where she needs to be when she needs to be there. Her attitude is the type of confidence that makes you feel warm and welcome as opposed to a cocky that makes you turn the other cheek. The food is always precise as is ordered and she spends that little extra time at the table to cut up with you and make you feel like family as opposed to a tip. FINESSE is the waitress you want at hooters of rivergate.

Worst one I have ever set foot in.
Normally I like the buffalo chicken salad but this place… an entire bowl of nothing but lettuce and six over cooked pieces of old chicken.
They sat us in the very back where no one else was because we wanted to watch the Falcons game and it was dirty and freezing cold. The only good thing was the girl who was actually training was quick with our drink orders.

Nice updated atmosphere. VERY VERY SLOOOOW SERVICE!!! We waited 45 minutes for 2 orders of wings and a burger. The experience destroyed any good feeling about the new look.

I ordered pickle chips and garlic Parmesan wings with ranch sauce. The breaded pickle chips were fresh and hot. The wings were fresh and hot.
This food was good, service good too, but the Parmesan sauce looked strange and runny. Taste was fine though.
However, after eating here, I experienced a bad stomachache. Probably won’t be going back.

My family and I went into Hooters on Saturday 10−17−15 around 2:30pm. We notice the building was under construction but they where open for business. Went & got a table right away but it took them 20 minutes to get out drink order & the lady taking our order stated that there know one there to work out table but she would help as much as possible. So wanted to give it a try. Well I wished we didn’t. The food was awful. Our wings was cold and the sauce was just dumped on the boneless wings and regular wings. A big glob on the chicken. Fries was cold as well. We didn’t get drunk refills. For what we paid to have that bad service we could have went some where else for better service. The girls uniforms looked nasty and old and a couple of the girls kept messing with there hair at the drink foundations. After they messed with there hair they didn’t wash there hands. GROSS. Didn’t see a manager around to talk to him. What happen to managers coming around to make sure everything was fine with your food. I guess some restaurants just don’t care anymore. We will not be returning to that location.

Standard Hooters food, service was great, and the food came out quickly. I will say the place was pretty empty and the servers seemed a bit confused over who would be waiting on us, but they figured it out quickly and the visit was pleasant.

This place is a Hooters is a not so great spot. Lots of folks going through and the place is busy. Some of these young ladies are working their tails off. The others well let’s just say look look ok and they act like it. I love Buffalo Wild Wings so much more after going here. This place ain’t bad just busy. My server is great and working her tail off and she isn’t from this store. Shipped her in to help out. Manager as well is just experiencing this for the firs time. I have cold beer the game I want to watch and food isn’t awful a good night.

The waitress said that they were short staffed, but the restaurant was not even half full. We had a fairly large party, but it should not have taken us two hours from start to finish! Drink orders were wrong, they had run out of things (it was the middle of the day), and our food orders were wrong, too.
Oh, and don’t count on getting a clean glass or plate.
Bad, bad, bad. I don’t recommend.

Well I gave it one more chance and it was worse, far worse than my last visit. Our server was overwhelmed and got none of our orders right. Never again!

Honestly the reviews on here seem like people need to be pampered. IDK what kind of people live in Nashville, but this HOOTERS was probably one of the best I’ve been to. Food: all you can eat boneless wings came out perfect. Beer: 32 oz of 5 bucks not bad and 2 shots of fireball for 4 dollars.

Well this location gets worse every time I go. This go around I was seated at a table that had not been cleaned at all. There was some sort of spill that was not wiped up. It had been there so long it was drying up and cracking. There were shrimp she’ll fragments scattered on the table and one of the seats was also covered in what was spilled on the table. We asked for another tabke and it was also dirty but at least not as bad. We ordered and after 45 minutes both orders came out wrong. Our water glasses never got refilled, and I had to go find our waitress to get a bill. Someone really needs to get this location together because it is going down hill fast.

Be aware the food was horrible and I never saw any of the employees wash their hands and it was especially gross when one went to the restroom and then proceeded to make my salad

We all know that one does not go to hooters for the food. That being said, when did families with young children start eating there?

My husband always wants to go to hooters, he says the wings are the best! Well they were disgusting! Roosters is the best wing place hands down! The waitress wasn’t so great either… And they also need to update their uniform!

It’s okay, I had lunch and ordered the sliders. They where decent. I think one thing they should look for when hiring is personality. Some make you feel your lucky to be there. Lol that is pretty funny. This place is ancient and reminds me of something that would be in the 70s.

We came here because it was right next to our hotel, price was a little much for the portions you receive for 9.69 i got steamer clams, there were maybe 15 small ones in a bowl that i finished in less then 3 minutes (no joke) the customer service was lack luster at best, waitresses were more interested in chatting with off duty staff that were partying then putting in orders or checking on guests. Only bright side was loud music playing on the patio where we ate in decent weather.

Went with several friends and won’t be going back. Food is overpriced!
Food was bland at best and very slow service. I had the garlic/​parmesan wings and it looked like the just dumped the wings in a funny tasting soup. Fries had zero taste. Drinks took way too long. No one ate much of their meals.
Only thing good worth mentioning is the fact that at least at this establishment, the waitresses looked like they belonged at Hooters (whereas I have been to other ones and they did not)

Not my typical dining establishment but I love the buffalo shrimp and buffalo tenders. It is the perfect place for a Saturday afternoon of watching college football. Decent selection of draft beer. I have been to many Hooters around the world and they are amazingly consistent except in the hotness level. Sometimes «Hot» is not spicy enough and «3 Mile Island» is too spicy. Good value and good food.
