The doctors and staff are so nice! The receptionist even memorizes your name and situation and they handle all of the work when it come to care credit or insurance.
I definitely recommend getting a warranty if you buy hearing aids here because it means unlimited batteries, filters and help from their office FREE for the time of the warranty. Plus any adjustments and unlimited adjustments.
They also will troubleshoot any problems you have. I’ve had a few issues and they figured it out and fixed it right there.
Definitely better than an ENT I was going to go through because you feel like you are with family here and always have time for you even when you just walk in with a question.
Highly recommend.
