This place used to be okay, but it is going downhill fast. Today, half the hot food was cold, the Chinese donuts tasted disgusting. They need to change the grease. Thankfully they carry Hershey’s ice cream, so at least there was something tolerable to eat. I wouldn’t touch the sushi with a 10-foot pole. Lord only knows how long it sits out there. The meat for the hibachi is sitting, open. No one has had hibachi since we’ve been here. I’m not impressed with their food-handling and storage procedures.

Possibly the best Chinese buffet I’ve been too. Everything was very good, even the crawfish was cooked perfectly

It’s a cheap Chinese buffet in a tiny strip mall. So go with moderate expectations and you won’t be disappointed. The place is small for alot of the Chinese buffet you see these days, but the selection is good. Lots of choices, mainly Chinese. Which is good in my opinion. I don’t go to a Chinese buffet for pizza or chicken nuggets or fish sticks. There is a hibachi grill options as well. Nice selection of the basics needed to create your own stir fry. Food was good, fresh and well seasoned. More than met our expectations and we will be back.

Food is barely edible. They serve only Pepsi products. It is a buffet but it is extremely difficult to find anything it taste like what you are used to getting when you go out to eat Chinese. It is very difficult to mess up lo mein but they definitely can. $ 30 for one soft drink and 2 buffet plates at noon… way overpriced for disgusting food

Nice size buffet. Little flavor in most of the dishes. Average to slightly below average as far as Chinese buffets go.

Service was excellent. Food was buffet food. Good value/price. Very clean restaurant and who doesn’t like the name Tang Buffet?

We’ve tried this place twice… It’s clean and the service is good. Food is ok, I agree with other poster there are too many that are fried. They do have crawfish and crab that are not fried and steamed salmon. The price was fair but they do charge extra for the drinks. Close the freeway. Will go back again.

NO… NO…NO This place is sort of a fusion of Chinese meets French Fried food. The key word here is GREASE. Eggrolls, spring rolls, chicken on the stick… you name it, it was fried. They should have just opened up a Jiffy Lube that served Chinese food while you waited. Nothing had a distinct flavor. Even the sushi was fried here… WTF .if you have low cholesterol, then, by all means, stop on by… otherwise …SLIDEPAST

Noticed their billboard on I-10 heading to New Orleans. Decided to check it out. It is a new restaurant and typical of the sushi/hibachi style. The buffet was well attended and kept fresh. The food was tasty and above standard like most others. The hibachi, crawfish and shrimp were especially good. The sushi was quiet good. The dinner prices were very reasonable. Overall we were very pleased with this restaurant.
