TOO busy today to look at whatever the problem with my jeep is! I am only passing through and really needed help. NOT from this group today!!!

Takes over an hour and a half for an oil change. I had to talk to them and ask what was taking so long. They assured me they were printing the receipt. That was ten minutes ago… –_​– next time I’ll just go to the Hyundai in Metairie

I’m sitting in the service waiting area right now.
I love this place. Previously kept going to Brian Harris in Baton Rouge.
Ralph Sellers is far out of my way from Baton Rouge but I keep going back because the service and atmosphere is so much better.
I wish I had discovered it sooner.
The service people at Brian Harris are less than accommodating — which is a complete 180 from Ralph Sellers. The service folks are nice and explain everything at my level without making me feel like a child.
The lounge is so nice with fresh complementary coffee and clean new leatherette chairs and a flat screen. Compare with nasty dirty chairs, linoleum and a tube TV from the mid-​90s.
Such a better experience. If I wasn’t leaving town this would be my go to place for the life of my Jeep!
