I received STELLAR service here last night! The young lady that helped me, (I believe it was Michelle or Melissa, forgive me) she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and had seen EVERY possible shoe in my size. I truly appreciate her customer service !!! I will be back again I’m sure.
Oh and def helped that they were having and AMAZING sale!!! 60% off the entire store and clearance marks downs galore.

I’ve been to the Tanger outlets twice this month prepping for the several events involved with my sister’s wedding (wedding shower, dinner with the family, etc.) My mom and I have found shoes during both Tanger trips for whatever we’d bought to wear for whatever occasion. And it’s affordable! The sales associate Shelby was there today, and not only was he helpful, he wasn’t overbearing and he actually had a clue. It was such a pleasure to have him help us and we left with what we came in looking for. Thank you! We’ll be back soon. We still have the rehearsal dinner and the brunch to get ready for!

I shop at this store from time to time. They usually have buy one get the second one half off. There shoes run funny so make sure you try on in the store before you buy. I like when they have sales on the shoes towards the end of the season.

I have always worn Nine West shoes. They are comfortable and last me a couple of years on average. I came to this store and NON of these shoes felt comfortable, and I tried a variety. On top of that, they lack in customer service skills. I noticed a young woman walk in there and sincerely asked to replace the shoes she had purchased the day before bc they were hurting her feet.. The cashier said «no way, you’ve already worn them». I do understand policy, however, this does not excuse their lack of customer service. The whole experience of this store was not a great one to say the least, and I won’t be back.
