Logan’s Roadhouse

First time coming here and first time to Logan’s Roadhouse anywhere ever.
I had their onion brewski steak with sweet potato fries and a salad.
Steak was prepared (doneness) exactly the way I wanted. Awesome. However, it was just a tad on the salty side. Could have been better if they were lighter on the salt.
Service was okay because the waitress forgot about my salad and didn’t bring it out until I asked her about when the people with me were half way done with their salads. Refills to our cups were slow and overall service was below par, and it wasn’t even crazy busy lunch hour yet as we were there right at opening.
Probably will not come back as I can have a really good steak at the comfort of my own home with a quiet and family friendly environment.

I would have given this place zero stars, but it wouldn’t let me. 15 min wait to get seated and 57 minutes after ordering to get food. Would never go to roadhouse aka out house again.

Unfortunately, the previous Unilocal reviews are 100% accurate. I have been here with my daughter since before 1pm. It’s now 3. We got our food about 15 minutes ago. We are obviously done and have yet for someone to bring us the bill.
My only hope is that this is due to being understaffed.

I personally love Logans Roadhouse however this Logans is brand new and experiencing some growing pains with the staff. They are very slow and have no sense of what is going on. I think they need more guidance from the Mgt. I hope they can get it together.

We’ve eaten at other Logan’s & have never had an issue. There were 5 hostesses at the door when we walked in. It took at least 15 minutes for our server to arrive to take our drink orders. We placed our order at the same time & the wait was so long that we filled up on peanuts & two baskets of rolls before our food came. The food was good. When we were done eating, it took our waitress quite a while to bring us our check. Then it took her 15 minutes to bring our card & receipt back. Sad to say, the long wait time did not make this an enjoyable experience.

I’d say 1 star is beyond generous. We waited 13 minutes at our table without being greeted by a server, I finally had to flag down the manager, who by the way didn’t even know what a wedge salad was.
The salad had un-​ripe tomatoes, frozen and thawed cucumbers.
The tilapia smelled and was overcooked. The small steak was cooked right, but cold when served. The ribs were awful.
Guess its easy to know we will not be back.
