Me and a couple of buddies arrived at this place after cycling 60 miles from port hueneme to goleta. they had a good selection of food so i decided to get the turkey sub sandwich and a couple of beers to wash it down. They also have a persian food menu which i will be trying next time im there. The food was delicious the place is nice and they allowed us to bring our expensive road bikes inside to prevent theft. i will be coming back to this place to eat again.

Not bad. not good. I don’t have to much to say about this shop, it was mediocre but not bad.

Extremely overpriced, very average quality food. I was disappointed I did not receive whole wheat bread and I paid $ 6 for mostly a white bread sandwich. I got the turkey, bacon, avocado which had next to no flavor and very very little turkey breast. Not sure if they toast bread here, but this sandwich was less than what I could make at home. Will not return.

This little sandwich shop is in the strip next to K-Mart. They have a few outdoor tables, and inside there is a small seating area with booths and a few tables. This is the kind of place with a newspaper lying on a booth for customers and Kill Bill playing on a little TV. It is super laid back and no one is trying to impress. Every day they do a $ 5.99 combo – it’s the regular size sandwich of the day, chips and a drink. We enjoyed the #23(turkey, ham, roast beef and cheese) and the #11(salami, martadella, capicola and cheese). They are generous with the meats and you can choose from several cheese options. Each sandwich comes with the works – mayo, mustard, lettuce, onion and tomato. The bread is kind of a wheat/whole grain and it’s super good. You can add oil and vinegar in the station by the table. They carry several chip varieties including Miss Vickie’s, they have fountain soda and they also have lots of cold drink options(Snapple teas, beers by the bottle, etc.). Stop in for a quick sandwich and check it out. This is way better than Subway a few doors down.

Came here about 2 weeks ago on a Friday at around 2:30pm, using a certificate. I wouldn’t have known that they were here if it wasn’t for the There were 2 workers, 1 man making the sandwiches, and 1 woman ringing up the orders. I ordered 2 sandwiches from the man and as I went to go pay for it I handed the woman the certificate, she must have must been the owner, she quickly said something in Spanish to the man and threw the certificate down. Knowing that I had a certificate she went to take out some of the deli meat and started to make the sandwiches herself, along with that she was venting in Spanish to the man. After the sandwiches were done, she gave me the price, I gave her the money and when she gave me back my change I put in a couple of dollars in their tip jar, not even a Thank you or a Thank you for coming! If you’re going to have a bad attitude towards a paying customer who used a certificate, you shouldn’t be advertising your business on !!! The sandwiches were decent but the deli meat was very little, nothing I would pay $ 7.75 each for. Save yourself some money and possibly better customer service and go to Subway, which is next to them. Will not be coming back!!!

I finally took the advice of others and visited this little sandwich shop. I ordered the #11 combo that included a humongous sub sandwich with two meats, cheese, and the usual vegetation, plus a bag of chips and a soda($ 8). A great meal to grab and head to the nearby park for lunch in the sun.
