Incompetent billing manager. Be cautious of been charged improperly, after closely reviewing my EOB, noticed I had been charged outside of my contract rates had to have insurance contact billing manager to explain how to properly bill, billing manager was very unprofessional and sarcastic, narcissist and completely incompetent. Highly advise if you’re patient there to keep close eye on how you’re and your insurance are being billed

This place is a bit dumpy and the office staff always give off an unhappy vibe. Nurses/physician assistants are literally and figuratively cold. That said, this review is really for Dr. Shaun Ehsani as a primary care physician. He’s MEH. Having seen him multiple times, I feel like he’s just calling it in with the same script with every patient and every appointment: ‘I don’t know much about that so I’ll refer you to a specialist and oh let me prescribe some very common/innocuous/over-advertised drug, too, that you really don’t need but perhaps you’ll be placated and just go away.’ He doesn’t do a lot of analysis in terms of symptoms and doesn’t convey any enthusiasm for or interest in being a doctor. He’s constantly poking at his iPad/tablet and never looking you in the eyes during appointments. If your issues aren’t resolved via specialist visits and you come back to him he gets snippy and can’t/won’t help. He and his office staff CANNOTBERELIEDON for disability paperwork, consultations with other providers, or general referral paperwork no matter how much you prepare notes/forms for them in advance or follow-up by phone or in person.

Disorganized staff that works on their own time. Cannot submit a referral properly, leading to major delays in getting to specialists. Don’t waste your time, find another primary care manager.

This review is specific to Dr. Ehsani who is an extremely unprofessional doctor at JMG. Every test he orders for me I have to call the office multiple times leaving messages for him before he will return my call with the results. Additionally he does not listen to my symptoms and medical history before jumping to false diagnoses and thus unnecessary and unhelpful prescriptions. The way in which Dr. Ehsani speaks to me is as if I am a small child. For example, when asking if I was constipated he instead asked«You go poopoo?» in a baby like voice. At my most recent appointment, Dr. Ehsani interrupted me to tell me that his girlfriend recently broke up with him and therefor he has has recently had to increase his anti-depressant dosage. At the same appointment Dr. Ehsani said he was referring me to a gastroenterologist and to call them that afternoon to make an appointment, however when I called the receptionist said he did not send the referral. Only after several phone calls and a day later was the referral finally in place. Keep in mind all of these occurances happened within a 2 week span during which i’ve been in severe abdominal pain with headaches, fevers and dizziness. Dr. Ehsani has been anything but helpful, I’m not sure if he thinks his actions are humorous but they certainly aren’t to me nor do I think they would be to anyone else who is seeking reliable medical advice.
