Walmart Supercenter

Dare I say this is the best Walmart I have been in. You can also tell it is newer as the layout of newer Walmarts follow this plan. I think of the horrors of the location on Spence and the ones in Greensboro (or anywhere for that matter). You know, wait in line for 30 minutes, two registers open, no stock, insane amounts of people, parking lot a clusterfuck, and the list goes on and on.
I have been pleasantly surprised at this location. There are actually registers open, even on weekends and peak times. They have basic stuff in stock.
This one however is not without issues. Like any Walmart, you will not have the best selection. I think of produce and poor quality and this one is not much better. You still have tons of people going in and out. Yes, there are better options for groceries on certain things. This is typical.
Having been in the location on Spence, this one is an ace of spades in comparison. I would agree that the parking lot and just the location helps the flow of traffic. Whoever thought to build this one on ⁷⁰⁄₅₈₁ was a genius. I wonder if this location would pull people from further east in Goldsboro. Since a bypass is being built around Goldsboro, I wonder how that would change traffic here. Time will tell.
If you have to go to Walmart in Goldsboro, come to this one. Avoid the one on Spence. Check the reviews on it.

This Walmart is not my favorite but hey it’s Walmart. Nothing special or grand about it but there’s nothing bad about it either. It’s your typical Walmart.
