Workers take a while for drinks even when it’s not busy. Every time I’ve walked in here there’s been only 1 – 2 people making drinks while others are talking amongst themselves or with customers. A waited almost 15 min for my drink when there was no line inside or at the drive thru. Everyone was waiting for their drinks. Not sure the reason or what happened before I came in, but it seemed odd.

This is not one of their better locations anymore. I have better luck at Wayne Memorial. This review is devoted to my inside experience. It seems to have alot of turnover and internal strife. Every visit I see frowning faces, slow service, dirty tables, or overflowing trash bins. Yesterday was the worst — all four — which prompted me to write.

One of the few coffee places in town that’s actually open in the morning. I’m usually not blown away by this Starbucks in general, but today was the worst. My latte tastes like warm milk and the «barista» never made my breakfast sandwich. Just a reminder why I rarely go here.

It’s a Starbucks. With that said, it’s not a bad one. The employees are pleasant enough, the sugar — creamer bar was clean, which might say more about the customers than the employees — but it was still a nice change.
If you’re on the freeway and need a quick SB pick me up, you can’t go wrong here. And if you’re lingering in the area, this may not be my first pick of SBs to visit but it’s a long long long way ahead of the worst one I’ve been to. ..
