This place will always stay in business because of it’s location on the Colorado School of Mines campus. However, they drinks they make here are pretty sub par and it takes a long time to get your coffee. There’s seating right by the Starbucks and free WIFI because it’s on campus. There’s outdoor seating if you’re looking for a place to hang out in the sunshine. However, it’ll take you so long to get your coffee, you’ll probably run out of time to sit down and enjoy your coffee.

Seriously the slowest Starbucks EVER. Nobody who works here has any sense of urgency or efficiency, and it’s an engineering school for goodness sake!!!(For example, when you have a line, take several orders at a time and double the amount you make for same orders! Is that so hard?) On the bright side, they are located at a centralized location on campus so it makes it pretty convenient, except at the 10 til mark. If you’re in a hurry, do not come at 10 minutes til ANY hour(e.g. 8:50, 11:50, etc.) That’s when classes get out and you’re gonna have a bad time. The coffee quality is a few steps below an actual Starbucks(I’m not sure that the employee’s here received very rigorous training from their parent company…), but it’s satisfactory for a pick-me-up. Considering most of their customers are college students that only need a caffeine fix, the quality of the coffee isn’t necessarily a priority…
