I just had a bunion removed, and had a great experience here. Dr Valenti did a great job. Andy, the anesthesiologist, is awesome. All the nurses that helped me were top notch. I had a very good experience.

Absolutely hate this place! They do not care about their patients and have an extreme problem with timeliness. I had a Monday surgery scheduled for several weeks earlier and they called me a day and a half before my surgery to let me know that they would not allow my insurance to pay for a «high cost drug» being used during the surgery even though my insurance told them several times that they would cover it. The doctors, surgeons, and nurses are nice but the «Business Office» is very unprofessional. Save yourself some time and find somewhere else to get your surgery done.

I’m sitting in the waiting room at Red Rocks Surgery, and their guest wireless doesn’t work. So now I’m stuck here for hours with no internet access, and I can’t work while I wait for my husband to finish his procedure.
At the front desk, they don’t even know who to call to fix it.
This is the 21^st century, people. My auto mechanic has wireless.
Also, who still uses styrofoam cups? Have a small care for the environment, and get a paper hot cup for your coffee.

Let me be the first to tell you! Surgery is good, but the post care SUCKS! To be a ‘good surgeon’, you need to make sure you include Pre and Post Care of your patient. The Surgeon should know how to put two and two together to KNOW something is wrong when its looking right at them!!! You should also have a nurse doing the follow up on the phone and with the patients, know how to CRITICALLY THINK and be able to figure out when something isn’t right. I think they have become complacent and apathetic in their ‘routines’. Remember, not everyone follows your usual course of recovery!!! You need to hold yourself responsible for patient outcomes, not just see how many surgeries you can do and how much money you can make. You need to remember you are dealing with people. Total lack of caring!!! Do not recommend!!!
