Pentax has the best customer service of any camera vendor I have come across.
They actually have knowledgeable humans on the other end of the line.
Plus if you leave a message THEY ACTUALLY CALL YOU BACK!!!
I called over the weekend about some software update and they called me back first thing monday morning.
