Dear Office Depot Head Honchos,
You have a pretty decent store with nice employees. The selection is pretty good for office products. However, I do have one beef with this store. An employee told me a ballast needs to be replaced. He mentioned it after I asked what that annoying sound was. He said that electricians who buy products there said it wouldn’t be too difficult to replace. So Head Honchos, I ask you — why don’t you get it fixed? It was obnoxious to listen to for the 10 minutes I was in the store, and I imagine it drives your employees batty. Please fix the ballast and your customers may spend a little more time browsing your products rather than trying to escape before getting a headache from all the noise.
