We stopped by this McDonald’s on our way to Denver from X Games. The service was very slow and not ideal for fast food. We went inside and it had quite the line and no one at the front of the store. They seemed to be very understaffed because when someone finally came to the front they were working on drive-thru orders. The food however was warm and they gave me my correct order. I would probably come back here again, but would recommend going through the drive-thru.

We stopped in on the way to grab breakfast. The guy that goes around and cleans kept wiping his nose and then was wiping down the pop machine. The bathroom smelled like pee and the toilet paper holder was broke and on the ground in what I am assuming is pee. I just realized that the guy that is cleaning everything is mentally challenged and I am certain he has a cold. I am not against the mentally challenged working as long as they don’t compromise health standards

My carpool stopped through here on the way to work. We ordered a McFlurry(two toppings), a quarter pounder meal, and a yogurt parfait. The parfait was a last minute addition and the kid working the drive-thru said he would«take care of it at the window». He gave me my total and I handed him my card, assuming that he did as he said. As the cashier handed me my bag, we checked for the parfait and it was not there. We then held the drive-thru line up as we had to swipe another card for $ 1.04, which probably was part of the reason the following exchange occurred. The McFlurry cup was only about half full. One of my companions was not satisfied with this and queried the drive-thru clerk about it. Her terse response was«that’s how our manager wants it». He called the restaurant and spoke to the manager and found out this was not correct and that more ice cream should have been put into the cup. Suppsoedly, we’re getting the purchase credited on our next visit – which will probably be next week.

Hands-down the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Everybody I have ever talked to about it says the exact same thing. Their breakfast burritos have a spoonful of food in them and it’s all tortilla! Just a very poorly run McDonald’s.

Typical McDonalds, but this should be avoided as they have Fox«News» on in the dining room.

I go to this McDonalds because it is the closest to my home, but I always question it because the food is below standard compared to other McDonalds. This visit was no different. My family and I ordered a 10 piece Chicken Nuggets, the new Bacon and Cheese Quarter Pounder, Medium French Fries and a Large Sweet Tea. The Chicken Nuggets were good, as they were fresh and hot. The Quarter Pounder was dry and barely had any bacon. After my first bite which had no bacon taste I had to look and found two tiny bacon pieces. McDonalds maybe using a thicker bacon(as per their advertising), but the length was only about an inch long. What a joke! Overall the Quarter Pounder was barely passable. The fries were below average(I generally like McD’s Fries). They were just luke warm. The worst item was their Sweet Tea. We filled it up from the lobby dispenser and It tasted rancid. We then asked for our cup to be filled from the drive thru and it was a little better, but bad enough that we dumped it out. The tea is supposed to have a «Good Until» sticker which this McDonalds used to ignore and I noticed that they have stopped using them. Funny thing … before pouring a full cup, we taste it because the tea is bad 50% of the time. As we went through our drill, my wife’s friend saw us doing this and said she needs to do the same thing, as she also finds the tea bad. My wife likes the Sweet Tea from all other McDonalds which is why she keeps ordering it here. We complained about the Sweet Tea and during our visit nothing was done. The service was poor. I think they lost(cleared) our order. 10 lobby customers after us got served as they call out the order number, when the manager had to look at our receipt to fill our order. Probably took 10 minutes to fill our order. Overall a poor experience even compared to other McDonalds.

Clean & bright store with very proactive, friendly staff. I stopped in for a single order of scrambled eggs one recent Sunday morning — it was $ 1.57(!), fast, hot, and tasty. Terrific option for healthy breakfast fare!

Ok, so I’m going to admit to the world that I have a slight obsession with the sausage mcmuffin with egg. It’s the only thing I eat under the golden arches, so I’m perfectly OK with my selective gluttony. You can expect standard service at this mountain location, which is right off the interstate and is perfect for my monthly jaunts into the mountains for pictures. Why write a review for a simple McDonalds? It’s the first step in admitting my addition to the McMuffin. If you have a support group, let me know.

The service was pathetically slow and I was only buying an Iced Tea. It was so slow that we left while waiting in line. I won’t get into the pseudo-beef that McNastys has, blah.
