Horrible customer service and inferior product. Much better off ordering through Costco. At least Costco stands behind their products.

I was in a pinch, another 1– 800 flower company did not deliver the flowers I ordered in advance. I had to have a same day delivery and I was out of state. I called Fleur-De-Lis and they made sure they delivered the flowers by 3pm that same afternoon. I got a text with a Pic of the wonderful arrangement they whipped up for me. It was the most beautiful flower arrangement I could imagine complete with Birds of paradise which just happen to be the recipients favorite. I will surely use this shop again and tell all my friends. A wonderful experience and great customer service

My husband sent me a bouquet of flowers from Fleur-de-lis Flowers in Golden. Anyone who has ordered flowers online know you can do a simple bouquet or upgrade for a much nicer one with more flowers. I received the flowers that were the very simple bouquet even though he had upgraded to the premium by paying more. The flower shop was supposed to deliver the right bouquet the next day but never showed up. Three days later they show up with apparently the right one and demand that I give them the first one they delivered, which I did not have. The delivery guy called the shop and gave the phone to me and I guess I must have gotten the snotty woman that the other two reviews are about. She said he could leave the flowers but that I had to bring the other ones back the next day. Really??? Tell me, how can that kind of customer service keep you in business. I will never use this place again. Local does not mean snobby and rude!!!

Bought a plant online from here for a friend whose wife passed. A little over priced, the delivery fee is ridiculous BUT I like to support small, local businesses. Placed my order and never got a confirmation of delivery. Emailed them the next day to make sure it got delivered with no problems, no response. Called on the 3rd day to make sure it got delivered and the lady was really«huffy». She took down my information and said she«would look into it». She called me back(promptly) and read me her information with a really snotty, jagged tone, like I was wasting her time. Never said«Thanks for your business», «is there anything else I can do for you», NOTHING! You can overcome high prices with a little customer service, how these people are still in business is beyond me! I should have trusted this companies other reviews and went somewhere else.

Visited again, this time in-person. At least they are consistent, barely friendly. Perhaps they are unhappy about being stuck in Golden selling flowers with massive carbon footprints. Yeah, that must be it, the carbon footprints. Maybe they should sell carbon offsets as an option and that will cheer them up. Same review as before — go if you want a local flower dealer, don’t expect to have a cheery experience there.

The owner is really kind and helpful. She helped me plan my wedding flowers on short notice. Everything was beautiful!!! We made it right under budget. I will be going here now. The floral shop is small, but cute, and attached to an antique store. Check it out!
