Visited on 7÷25÷2015. The boat itself, The Sun Tracker was ok. Dirty but functional. Dented with ripped seats. No anchor and no swimmers flag(which they tried to stiff me for when we checked in). I videoed the whole boat before we departed. We actually booked a 22′ Voyager because they told me when I called that I need that boat to pull a tube. Perfect I thought, until I arrived and was told I booked a SunTracker that couldn’t pull a tube, but was of course the same price. The counter guy straight lied and said I had booked the SunTracker. How would I even know about needing the Voyager to pull a tube? Regardless I had 10 people wanting to boat and I was on vacation so I rolled with it. When I asked the guy rigging our boat he said they simply over book everything and then pull the old bait and switch to get more rentals through the door. Sketchy as hell. The return process was hell. I pulled the boat up 30 minutes early. It took them nearly an hour to put 4 gallons of fuel in the boat and ring me up. Total disorder and chaos. Not a responsible manager in sight. It seemed like a bunch of high schoolers were running the place. I asked the girl before I left for a photocopy of the contract they signed that said the boat was in good shape when I returned it and you would have though I asked for one of her kidneys. I would like to leave from Big M again, but it’s unlikely after this experience. Table rock is beautiful though!
