Tactical K9 & Patrol Solutions

I have been privileged to use the services of Tactical K9 & Patrol Solutions for nearly 6 years at various properties I have managed. I have always found Nik, Klint and the crew to be extremely professional, on-​point and would go the extra mile for us with no problems – ever.
At one property, they were instrumental in stopping several incidents of vandalism, curbing homeless people from going through the trash and casing other apartments, and also helped in the apprehension of a male subject who was menacing residents with a knife in the dumpster area and secured him until local law enforcement arrived.
I have found the technology they use to be advanced yet user friendly. They are very detailed in their reports and if there are questions – they answer them in a timely manner. All their officers and K9’s go through extensive training and stay up to date with the latest in procedures. I am please and delighted to give them my wholehearted endorsement and would recommend them to any business or apartment complex looking for a terrific courtesy patrol.

As my Mom would say, this security company is as useless as tits on bacon. My apartments have employed this horrible company to be our security. They are NOT even located more than a mile from where I live. During weekends there is no apartment managers during the day, and as a resident we have been advised to call this security patrol company at night and on the weekends or anytime really.
I have lived at my apartments for 4 years and 3 out of 4 has been the apartments security patrol. Today was the last straw with this security company! I call them at 10AM because for months I have a neighbor with kids that scream all day on the weekends and all day when they come home from school. AND the husband and wife are constantly yelling at either each other or their rambunctious children! The security dispatch tells me to call the police about the screaming children if its an on going situation that the apartment managers know about. Plus they tell me they only work nights! I told the lazy lame dispatch person that the managers want me and other residents to call security so they can build a file to kick them out and have it documented. Again their reply is, «Call the police we don’t come out during the day.» That’s bull s$#t because the apartment managers and other residents have called them during the weekdays and weekends during the day and they have came out. Maybe 2 or 3 hours after the call… That’s great so after waiting 2 hours to make the initial call/​complaint, cuz I don’t want to jump the gun they come out 2 or 3 hours later = 5 hours after the complaint and %90 of the time the initial complaint is usually gone! So of course there is no documentation/​evidence for the apartment managers to have. So I put my security camera back up with audio even though the apartments don’t want my security camera. Because that’s the only way to document all the crap that goes on since this company does nothing!
Plus the security guards are scrawny or overweight, oh yeah they can really handle a tactical situation if it were to arise. Oh and they have no K-​9… Their car and «fancy uniforms» say K-​9 but its false advertisement. If something were to happen where there is maybe a semi– tactical situation I’m better off handling it myself or calling the police. I have people skills and know how to defuse situations and defend myself. (I come from a family of police and have been taught the same self defense skills as the police have)
If anyone wants to hire this company for their property DONT! You will be wasting ur money! Oh for an FYI their dispatch number is 916−919−6079, now you can reference it! I would also like to add one last detail. The times when they have come out they have felt it was necessary to knock on my door 2 – 3 hours after the call to tell the pretty girl on the phone that there is no longer a disturbance. (Duh its been 5 hours) Yeah they love to come knock on my door at 12 AM or later to FLIRT! So since I have had my hubby answer the door, They no longer come out to my calls anyways because this «pretty girl» is happily married. My husband had to tell them to stop flirting and do their job! Very unprofessional, Lazy and Useless!
