I should have got an estimate before I agreed to have them try to fix our pool lights. They should have told me that my current light system was outdated and not charge me $ 80 to tell me what I already knew. I was hoping they could fix my lights, but instead I got taken for almost $ 400 and they still didn’t fix my pool lights. Don’t waste your time with this company their not interested in helping you, only taking your money.

Worst pool company to deal with, they intentionally throw problems to your pool system so they can charge you more. I had them quote me on new filter system and install, they price was about $ 800 more than 3 other companies around. Complete rip off. Don’t trust them at all.

Business failure… Promised electronic invoices for a year — never delivered. Promised«pro-active service» and had to call and ask for things time and time again. Called and asked for a quote to replace pool equipment in May… Waited, waited… Finally ended up replacing myself. I get a call in late AUGUST saying they wanted to talk about the quote… For what??? The stuff I already replaced because you couldn’t get back to me after 5 phone calls? Then they ring my phone daily over the last month, one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. I asked repeatedly to shut off the solar valves since a panel was leaking. I ran the equipment myself over the weekend — leaking water out the solar — no wonder the pool is losing an inch of water a week — costing me extra on my water bill. About 2 weeks ago I get a call wanting to talk about my «equipment replacement» and 2 hours later another by someone else saying there is a problem with the new equipment and they need to know who installed it. Finally terminated service. 3 days later after terminated service — I receive ANOTHER call wanting to talk to me about my quote to replace the equipment. Complete business communications failure, complete disconnect. Unable to deliver on promises, my pool has algae in it and residual chlorine was at zero — balance was way out — and they weren’t brushing the sides obviously — even though I was being charged extra. Owner showed up with a hell of a business pitch — after that — disappears and you never hear from them again. Just random voice-mail tag and unreturned phone calls. Complete failure.

Pool supplies are vastly overpriced. Scott the owner required all work to be paid up front, a clear no no with the Contracting Licensing Board. We were extremely disappointed with our dealings with the President Scot Houseman. If only they had negative ratings on Unilocal.;-)

They replaced my pool pump and filter and fixed leaks at my skimmers. The work was performed on a timely manner and the installation and repair look great and worked properly with no problems. They were a little more expensive than some other quotes I got but they are pro’s and worth every penny.
