Love the charbroiled chicken sandwich. Also they have the best ice cream shakes. My favorite is the oreo cookie: b

Ok I saw the ad for the American think burger and I had to try it. The hot dog, chips and girl was just to tempting. I have to say it was pretty tasty and I really liked it. Until my friend looked up how many calories, fat, and sodium it had. Oh well you only live once? right?

It’s been about 5 years since I’ve eaten at Carl’s Jr, but what brought me back and what’s keeping me coming back are the Natural burger and the staff at this location. I come by at least once a week in the evenings and the one employee that stands out is Frank. Every time I see him work he is giving his all to make sure my order is quick and correct.

Came back for a biscuit breakfast sandwich the other day and was told that they don’t sell biscuits at this location. Disappointed, I asked the gentlemen at the drive-thru if he knew of any locations nearby did serve them, figuring he wouldn’t know. He answered«Yes, which direction are you heading?» and then listed two other locations! Very helpful. I got my biscuit sandwich that day and I was a happy girl!

CJ burgers are actually my favorite compared to other fast food joints. We stopped by this Carl’s Jr late in the afternoon for a quick midday snack over the weekend. Their burgers were just as expected and the employees working the counter were friendly. The facility was clean, will definitely return when we’re in the area again.

Horrible sevice. Cashier told me one total and gave me change for another total. Then I didn’t get my coke like I asked and she wanted to charge me for it! I didn’t get a receipt either. Shady business and crappy service.

Good lord! Soo their food is good once they finally get your order. First you have to wait for the prerecorded offering and for the machine to say hi to you(because I guess as a customer rep you don’t have to now). Then you have to repeat your order a few times and wait ten minutes in line. Just check your order!

Workers are nice but always mess up. Always. Be sure to check everything before you leave here. My chicken tenders were cold. They forgot my sauces and straw. I’ve only left here happy I think once, all the other times something has gone wrong.

I don’t hold any fast food place in high regards, but this Carl’s Jr was decent, especially when nothing else is available after midnight. About a week ago, however, I ordered 3 burgers — 2 Westerns for myself and a Famous Star for my girlfriend. I specifically did not mention cheese for the Famous Star since she is lactose intolerant, nor did the employee offer it. Lo and behold, when we arrive at home, what do we find in the Famous Star? Cheese. I was annoyed that I paid for food that she couldn’t eat but understood that mistakes happen, espcially at a fast food restaurant. What earns the 1 star rating is their lack of customer service. I notified via e-mail of my experience to the Carl’s Jr corporate office. A day later, I received an impersonal copy-and-paste reply stating that«appropriate management» will follow up with me. It has been over a week and I haven’t heard a peep. Order mistakes are one thing. Lack of customer service and follow ups are completely another.

if i could give it half a star i would these people are complete crooks i went there today spent $ 25 on an order when receiving my order it was all completely stuffed into one bag when i stepped 2 steps out the door the bag completely ripped in 2 i didnt drop it it just completely ripped and then fell all over their parking lot i walked right back inside to tell an employee what had happened so then after the employees walked around for like 10 mins going i dont know i dont know they finally called a manager since there was none on duty then after about 10 more mins and employee finally came to me and told me that the bag that i didnt make nor did i fill that completely ripped was my fault that it ripped and they would not replace my order and if i wanted a are replacement i would have to repay for it so if i was you and had a choice between worrying if my order was messed up weather my problem would be fixed or not or going to any other restaurant where you know this would be easily fixed i dont think you have to be a genius to realize you should go to the other place so even if its just for me im asking you choose somewhere else until they train their employees at the very least how to pack a bag and maybe how to fix problems instead of blaming the customer when they mess up

Great location, always friendly and nice. Close to the freeway so good to grab and get on the road or for the way home.

As far as fast food goes, I hold Carl’s Jr. to a slightly higher standard. Their burgers are by far my favorite and they are the only place I know I can get fried zucchini. This particular Carl’s Jr. holds a tiny piece of my heart for one simple reason: I arrived at the drive through speaker box and ordered my usual, something I had been ordering for a few months now… a famous star, no meat, no cheese, no onions, tons of pickles and fried zucchini with house dressing. Easy enough. Then all of a sudden the screen goes blank… The nice guy on the other end of that speaker informed me that I’d be spending a lot less money is I went with the MEATLESSBURGER! Its not on the menu but they all have it :) its only $ 0.99 and now I don’t have to explain myself over an over and over about NOMEAT… the extra pickles on the other hand… some of them get it, some of them just don’t. PS — for anyone who works with burgers… x x x x x x pickles doesn’t mean 4 pickles. That means a meat patty size handful of pickles! Thank you random Carl’s Jr. drive thru speaker man.

This is a decent location… but sometimes the wait is much longer than you’d expect for«fast» food!

Polite, professional and great service. The food was hot and what more could I ask for? I tip my hat to you Carl. You would be so proud.

This is a good Carl’s Jr. Rock solid customer service. I’d say something on the lines of stupendous. Near the freeway, so I often grab it on my way to Tahoe. In and out in minutes with piping hot giant hamburgers. Other Carl’s Jr. locations could take some notes from this place.
