My original appointment was for the time period 12 – 5:00pm. I received a call the day before narrowing the time frame to 12−2pm. I was impressed that they bothered making it more convenient for me. However, the next day, they actually arrived at 10:30am, after someone from the office left a message on my phone at 10:15 saying they were on their way! I wasn’t ready for them at all, was annoyed (however, it wasn’t the workers’ fault), and told them they’d have to wait at least ½ hour. They did. But after I went out to tell them they could come in, they set to work and never stopped until everything was to my complete satisfaction. My rugs never looked, or felt, so good! They were polite, professional, and hard-​working. They went over and above anything I asked of them. It made me forgive and forget the early arrival. I heartily recommend them without reservation.

I believe it’s the people who make the difference in any company. Mike and Eric arrived as scheduled. They explained what they would be doing and quickly got to work. They were calm, focussed and I could tell, they really worked hard. It turns out that Eric had been here before and even remembered a couple of previous carpet stains that he made a point of addressing again. They were very respectful of our house and furnishings, moving items carefully. The carpet looks great. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Hi, they showed up, on time and were very courteous. They were to do 4 rooms of tile and grout. Three came out fine but the 4^th didn’t. It was the kitchen and the stains didn’t come out. I was assured that no one else could get them out as this was the best that could be done. I wasn’t happy with the kitchen floor so they deducted the price of the floor ($ 107.00) which was very nice of them. The next day my wife used Clorox clean-​up with bleach. A lot more of the stains did come out. So, I’m not sure why they couldn’t get more of the stains out.

Polite, professional and effective. Every time these folks have come out they’ve made sure we’ve known precisely when they would arrive and were right on time. They work quickly and stand behind their work, if an odor or stain isn’t out to your satisfaction, they’ll come out again to put it right. I can’t say enough to recommend this fantastic service. You will be pleased.
