This is a one man operation. We did most of the work ourselves then he told us instead of coming down on the price for helping him out as he asked us to do, he charged us more for doing it wrong. We were ripped off thousands of dollars. stick with a large company. I will never send any referrals by way of T K CARPET in Godfrey il. and im sorry we worked so hard to save money on this job just to get taken to the cleaners.
