Do NOT use this company! Inept isn’t strong enough to describe their service. After being advised by one of their employees to purchase a yearly contract, we discovered that they cannot even replace a faucet properly. Even with the «discount» for service and supplies, they charged more than $ 400 to replace a kitchen faucet. We were not allowed to choose the faucet, and they replaced our expensive goose neck faucet with a cheap 1950’s style faucet, without the sprayer. Every time they came here they would tell me the repair would be done within a day, and then we wouldn’t hear from them for weeks. Every complaint was met with an excuse and never resolved. Save your money, find a real plumber.

No call. No show. Took 3 days to return my calls.
This place was highly recommend by friends and I needed a lot of work done so I was OK waiting two weeks for an opening. Only to have them overbooked and not show up. A call would have been nice.

Outstanding service. The Service Technician was very knowledgeable and great to work with. He explained what he found, have us options and helped us get into a yearly maintenance plan to keep things running smoothly. He made sure we understood costs ahead of time, called before he showed up, showed up early, and left the place as clean as when he came. All in all a fantastic company to work with.
