I’ve sent important faxes thru them 2−3x (who has a home fax machine these days?) — for house refi and bank wouldn’t accept scanned/​email docs — and both times recipient got 30 blank pages and I spent $ 30+ each time. Plus their hours are so limited — it’s inconvenient.

I have had a mailbox here for about 10 years (It used to be a Mailboxes Etc I believe). The staff Amy is extremely helpful and friendly and so is everyone else who is there. They efficiently forward my mail when I am out of town on business, and alert me to any important mail. They are helpful in finding cheapest alternatives to sending packages. They are a real pleasure to do business with!
