Kathy (owner) absolutely took her customer service skills above and beyond my expectations, and it salvaged my 5-year anniversary surprise/present!
I will NEVER use FTD, ever again; they contacted less then 24 hours for a schedule delivery to inform me they would not be delivering… and gave no reason.
Kathy and her team were able to research and provide the flowers I needed (Sunflowers in January; I know, it was almost impossible) and had them delivered same day.
I was left speechless by the effortless way Kathy and her team executed my order and had flowers delivered. I was impressed. I was amazed. I was so very, very thankful.
