Anne and Paul visited Pulaski State Park in Chepachet, RI in mid may, for a 1 hour easy hike that turned into a 2.5 hour adventure in the woods of RI. The park is well maintained, has many features, and we will be returning. Out expanded hike was due to our own desire to explore, and really impressed us. We were surprised. We just wanted a hike, and got much more.

This is an out of the way spot where you will find peaceful hiking trails. Bring your dog(they must be leashed). There is a lake to swim and sections off of the beach where your dog can go for a dip. Plenty of picnic tables along the trail and don’t forget the bug spray. It is really nice and and quiet.
