It may not be much to many but it is cozy and the Patels are very pleasant… I like it fridge micro television and wifi what more could you want.

For someone seeking a very affordable motel rate, this place is a feasible option. The room was clean; everything inside was fine.
I’d like to give a higher rating, but the front desk woman blew it. A sign read rates start at «$ 29.99 and up.» When I asked about that rate, she said that was the «long-​term stay rate.» After I challenged her about this, she said she’d charge me $ 35 (tax included). When I agreed and pulled out my credit card, she said $ 35 was for cash. She’d charge me $ 40 (tax included) if I paid with my VISA. $ 40 total was still a good deal and I took it, but the haggling came off as unprofessional, a turn-​off. Hence, the «in the middle» 3 stars.
