This is pretty good artisan beer. Quiet in here. Maybe… maybe TOO quiet. Play some music, please!

Great selection of 10 plus beers. All pretty solid. Very friendly enjoyed talking beer with him. Place was hopping on Saturday afternoon. Pretty near full with 30 people or so. Small town prices $ 1.50 I think for a 4 oz taster. Perfect size to sample all their beers. Definitely recommend. Nice little day trip from Omaha.

Nice little Brewery and actually really good. Nice to see these kind of small craft breweries thriving in a small town such as Glenwood, IA.

I don’t really make it out this way too much, but when I do I am going to make it my goal to come here. You can tell it wasn’t really built to be a brewery/tasting room, but the inside does look great. They have a small u shaped bar and a big open area with lots of tables. It’s not heavily decorated which is nice. Their beers are phenomenal. Something I never would have expected, honestly, from a little brewery in Glenwood, Iowa. They have a great selection, including some beers a lot of small breweries just don’t do. Like their cream ale, by far my favorite, an imperial stout, and a saison. Every beer I’ve tried is awesome, something I can’t say about most breweries. I wish they had a little bigger parking lot, but nevertheless, easy to get to. If you’re anywhere close to Glenwood you need to stop by here.

We took a Saturday and headed to Keg Creek Brewery from West O. So glad we did. We did a tasting of all their beers and the pours were more than generous so my husband and I shared the tastings. We found 3 we liked and the Saison we LOVED! The man working(ex-principle) was so Nice and we met and chatted with a couple local people. Makes me miss a smaller town and every one was extremely friendly! There were people from Omaha as well as Iowa there tasting etc. I would recommend this Brewery and we will definitely go back to have a beer and fill our growler! Thanks Keg Creek! See ya soon!

Wow! An amazing microbrew in a small town, talk about the modern age midwestern dream! The Wabash Wheat and Keg Creek IPA are my personal favorites, unless Iron Man Ale is on the menu. As a seasoned beer drinker, I have never had a better brew than Iron Man. The atmosphere is great, the bartenders are experts in their fields. Everytime I am in Glenwood, this is a spot we never miss. A great place to catch up with friends and have a great beer. A bonus is being able to take a growler home!

For those who like beer, love beer, or find themselves to be beer connoisseurs, you should try Keg Creek Brewery. My husband and I basically stumbled upon this place since one of the brewers/owners of this brewery’s wife is our dogs’ vet. We needed to pick up some medicines for one of our pups, and she left it in this brewery for us to pick up! Well, we were surely in for a surprise since we couldn’t just pick up the medicine for our dog and leave right? Well, we sat down at the bar and my husband automatically chose the Wabash Wheat beer they have. I on the other hand, didn’t know what kind of beer to even pick out since I am not much of a beer drinker at all! The brewers at Keg Creek Brewery are so knowledgeable about their stuff, they knew just what kinds of beer to offer me! The only question they asked was if I liked coffee. Well, yes, of course I like coffee I said, so Randy brought me out something in a tiny glass that, to me, really did look like coffee. I tasted it thinking it may be an espresso shot or something, but no! It was their stout beer that tasted really amazing! Who woulda thought I would like that? I sure didn’t :) Later on in the evening, I tried their black IPA, which for me is a totally foreign language, but the taste of this beer is totally different from anything I have ever had! Although I can’t really compare it to many beers out in society, but I can distinguish the taste of this beer, the beer I tasted just prior to this, and of course bud light :) To me, it tasted like a fruit I have loved for years. The lychee. Of course my husband didn’t agree, but to me, I thought it was great! The people who were running the bar tonight were not only spectacular bartenders, but they were also the owners too! They were so helpful and friendly that even if you have never seen them in your life, they would have made you feel as if you were family. The atmosphere at Keg Creek Brewery is also very beautiful! On the outside, it doesn’t look like much, but once you step foot inside, it’s a totally different story! The bar is made out of a wood top with a shiny lacquer coating that makes it look very clean. The other tables around the bar look very comfortable with soft leather chairs. Not your typical bar I must say. It is very contemporary and clean. Keg Creek Brewery is definitely a must try type of place!
