Please use someone else for your print job. I first contacted Bill Tucker 3÷2÷15, I sent my design, with dimensions, for 2,500 raffle tickets(500 books, stapled in books of 5) numbered. I was told they would be available to take to a meeting with my committee on 3÷7÷15. I paid in advance and his contract said, «Turnaround Times Are Not Guaranteed». But based on a conversation regarding customer service, I was not concerned. Mr. Tucker’s numbering machine broke, he had to ask assistance from a friend. Later said he had to use an individual stamper. When the original delivery date had passed, there were times he was to call with an update but did not, my phone calls went unanswered. Promises were made for several delivery dates. The tickets were finally ready 3÷17÷15. He was going to deliver them. I sent my morning schedule that included locations — no response! I called at 11:30 to say I would pick them up. I was given his home address and said I was on my way(5 – 6 minutes away). I called when I pulled up and no one answered the phone. Called back several times and finally got an answer after about 10 minutes. Mr. Tucker brought the box of raffle tickets out to my car. THEYWERENOTSTAPLED! When I mentioned it, he said, «we don’t staple»! WHYDIDHENOTSAYTHATWHENWEFIRSTSPOKE!!! I will not recommend Ink Spots Printing!
