Went in for juvederm and Botox in August. A day after the appointment I called asking when the Juvederm will sit in. He told me he is going on vacation for 2 weeks and will get back to me. I called every Tuesday asking to talk to him only to hear that his office opens on October 1^st and they will try and get him a message. Finally October 8^th somebody called me to say he wanted to see me. I get an apt for the 28^th and this is what I hear: He Blatantly lied to my face saying he told me it would not work for my areas on the face. I went to my first apt with my mother so she also knows this was never said! Then goes on to say that we can use something else but not sure if it will work at a discount at 275.00. I say why would I spend even more money knowing now AGAIN that you just want to take my money. My direct comment «So I might as well of taken $ 525.00 and thrown it out the window? He goes YES.» Horrible! I work very hard for my money. And thought I was going to a trust worthy person! Boo on that!
