This was the smallest JCPenney store I have ever been in. The store had a leak in the celling by the shoes so when you took off your shoes to try on any you stepped on we carpet yuck. I did find a bargain in the shoe area also when I got the register they rang up cheaper than listed on the box that was already clearance.

I went to this store looking for shoes for my nephews and no body was at shoe department and a look for help and finally after walk the whole store a found a lady apparently work out there but with no name tag, and nicely ask? Excuse me did you work here? And she looks at me so mad and Answers, yes but looking at me so bad and anyway I ask for what I need and and she send a another person to help me but she looks like she don’t want to help me really sad costumer service luckily I don’t live in Colorado I only went for vacation but jcp horrible

I was excited that jcpennys had a sale going on and I felt lucky to have walked in on it without knowing about it prior. I decided to pick up some shirts for my fiancé whom I just become engaged to so this was actually pretty exciting. I did see a 80% off rack and and a bunch of the EXACTLY the same shirts on this rack. I picked one up and went to buy it, the sales woman «educated» me on which ticket is to be taken off… I felt demeanored as a customer. I told her I saw other shirts on the same exact rack and she said other customers like to put clothes on their… that doesn’t make since, customers will take an armful of shirts and put them in the rack? I told her this is called low balling and I don’t appreciate it.
