I went in to pay for my bill and it literally took the worker 20 minutes! On top of that Verizon charges $ 1 for convenience fee for paying inside the store never coming back here again!

This was the worst customer service I’ve had my entire life! The manager I believe. or he was the sales guy was so rude when he was explaining the phone plans available. He was not patient and very rude when I asked him how the«credits» worked if I bought my iphone through them vs. through the Apple iphone Upgrade Program. I changed the subject and just asked if they had any brochures available at hand so I could really research what I wanted to do. He explained in a sarcastic tone, that everything is digital these days. I’m apart of the millennial generation… but i still wanted to ask if there were physical copies available. Didn’t need a sassy response. I would avoid this place simply because of that one staff member.

My favorite Verizon Store in the area! Just purchased a new phone over the weekend and the customer service was outstanding. They reviewed all the new features of the phone and even helped me sync the phone to my blue tooth in the car!

These guys are so awesome!!! I live in a Western suburb but our store is always so packed and they never go out of their way to help. Since we discovered the Glen store, because my mother-in-law lives there, we always come here! They are so helpful and really go out of their way to answer any questions and make everything right! Thanks Verizon!
