3.5 stars: 4 stars — service, 3 stars — food. Tasty, friendly, fast service. Enjoyed a large stuffed spinach with family for dine-​in — ordered 45 minutes ahead and pizza came out piping fresh. Bottom crust was a tad soggy, as prior reviewers have mentioned. This location is largely takeout/​delivery with a small outdoor patio perfect for summer.

I can’t brag enough about the service and the quality of the food at the Giordano’s Glenview location. Every time that I have called in to place an order at this location the staff is SUPER friendly and so accommodating-​they get my order right every time! Thank you so much for being SO AWESOME!

I love Giordano’s pizza and recently ordered a carry out sausage deep dish pizza from this location. It took about the right amount of time and we took it home to eat. it was delicious and amazing. They are one of my favorite Chicago style pizza place with their own unique style of pizza. I have been enjoying them for years. I never go with anything other than the deep dish pizza so I can’t comment on their other food items. I will definitely return their again since this is the closest one to my house. It also tasted pretty good the following day when I reheated my leftovers.

Our medium stuffed spinach pizza was delivered with a standing pool of water under it. This is the second pizza we have ordered from this Giordano’s and the both were soggy, but this one is borderline inedible.
I would not recommend this location as it does not stand up to others that I have eaten from.

Went there to order a deep dish pizza! We got a large– cheese, sausage, and pepperoni. It was excellent! The crust is like pie crust– buttery and so good! If you like cheese this is the perfect place for you!
They do have some seats there so you can go and eat there if you want.
Tip: allow 45 minutes from placing an order for deep dish pizza to when you want to eat it. It takes some time to make it.

Horrible service. I ordered over the phone for pick up and when I came they told me I have to wait few minutes. I patiently waited and finally after 15 minutes of waiting I realize that they called some other customer who took my order. The other customer had to came back and return MY pizza! It’s a joke. i should talk to manager, but its ok… don’t like to put people in the trouble. They just lost a good customer!!! Bye!

Bad experience. We placed our order online and then called to confirm they received it. When I arrived to pick it up, they «explained» that they only just received the order (even though they reviewed the order by phone) and it would be 15 more minutes. Do you think they offered me a seat? Nope — though it would have been nice. We had confirmed by phone our instructions that we wanted the pizza «pie sliced». They didn’t do that either.
At this point the «manager» said he wouldn’t charge me for my order. But he couldn’t give me any document indicating this — I had to trust him.
The food isn’t bad, but the service is a joke. Don’t order online, and triple check everything!

Triple check your order before you leave! Placed an orders for my daughter’s birthday party 3 hours before I needed it. Opened it up at home when it was time to eat to find out the order was wrong. Called and they were able to repeat back the correct order. Someone clearly at this location can not read well then. Very disappointed

I was told this was THE place to come for authentic Chicago stuffed pizza and they were right! We ordered for delivery to our hotel; delivery wait was an hour and a half on a Saturday night which, granted was long but it was the perfect amount of time to take the kids for a dip in the hotel pool, get back to our room and showered, just in time for dinner to arrive! The pizza itself was deep, layered with cheese, sauce, and toppings and DELICIOUS. Give them a try!

Just went here for lunch was good. But there are no slot machines here. Will go back tonight and try the 6″ pan.
Edit: Just tried the 6″ pan tonight and it was awesome. Not too big not too small.

Deep dish was excellent! Drinks were nice. The slot machines inside the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The place was dead on a weeknight but overall the experience was satisfying!
